Which clothing and footwear are recommended?
Always provide warm clothing and shoes with soft and neat soles. Headgear that easily blow away by the wind are not recommended aboard. We provide a jacket and safety goggles.
How many passengers can sail?
For the short trip there is room for 10 people and for the long trip 8.
How can I pay?
When you book online you always have to pay in advance online. We have several payment methods available, including: PayPal, Credit card … It is possible to pay cash for bookings and last-minute bookings at our location: Bonenstraat 13, 8400 Oostende.
Firms can pay via invoicing.
How long in advance should I book?
You can book until the day of the visit itself. This depends on the occupancy rate and the minimum occupancy rate.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
In case of cancellation by the customer of the service more than 48 hours before the scheduled time of the activity (cancellation must be communicated in writing), 50% of paid amount will be refunded.
Changes can be discussed depending on availability.
Can people who have difficulty walking, or with a disability, embark?
In the case of physical activity, participants should be in good health and not suffer from a condition or contraindication to perform the above activity. Boating on a powerful RHIB is physical and is not recommended for people with back or neck problems. For safety reasons, children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and children under 1m20 are not accepted.
Are dogs allowed on board?
Dogs and other animals are not allowed on board.
What is the route of the cruise?
You determine the route yourself in consultation with the skipper. He can always advise you about varied and interesting tours. The skipper always has the last word.

How does a trip run?
You will be expected 15 minutes before the booked time at our location: Bonenstraat 13, 8400 Oostende. Here you will be welcomed by our supervisors, after which you will receive the safety equipment and a safety briefing. Personal material can be left with us. After the safety briefing you will move towards the boat and board.
After the tour it is possible to enjoy a glass of cava, fruit juice, soft drinks or beer (1 glass per person included in the price).
What about bad, dangerous weather?
If the weather really makes a trip impossible, a new date and time will be fixed by mutual agreement. The tickets remain valid for a year in this case.
Can we buy drinks on board?
No. Soft drinks, beer or Cava are offered after the tour (1 glass included in the price p.p.)
For special activities, drinks are provided if desired.
Can we embark for fishing or diving?
Diving and fishing are not possible.
Is it dangerous?
Every activity that takes place at sea is in itself a dangerous activity. It is therefore extremely important that all instructions from a representative of [email protected] are strictly followed, so as not to cause injury, or damage to personal material.
If you follow the instructions at all times, there is little to no danger.
How long does a standard trip take?
For a standard trip, all included, you have to count on 1 hour.
Are children allowed?
For safety reasons, children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and children under 1m20 are not accepted
Is there a discount for children?
Children under 16 pay a fixed fee of € 30.00.
How fast does the boat go?
The speed that can be achieved depends on the weather conditions. The top speed at a flat sea is 100km / hour.
